I am going through another service design journey, of a local gov service transformation. The good and the bad. This is about sharing to learn from each other; what we do and how we do it. Warning; this is a radical example, that can give pointers on how to use systems thinking for you...
This will go through the plan, the methodology, and most of all the actual steps and outcomes that we achived. The approach is a co-design, with managers and the front line staff.
There will be a chance for questions in the last section of the webinar.

FREE event, 1 hour
The webinar is on zoom, friday the 27th of May, 13:30 UK summertime. (12:30 GMT)
