Any consultancy firms succesfully implemented the 4-day-workweek?
Curious if any of the Rebels here are managing a consulting firm and successfully implemented the 4-day-workweek?
As in consulting 'bill-ability' is a thing, would like to know how they handled that... Myself a interested to explore this new workweek approach, but I (think I) see a lot of reasons why I shouldn't.
