Examples of Grievance and Disciplinary Procedures for Managerless Orgs
Can anyone point me in the direction of examples of Grievance and Disciplinary Procedures for Managerless organisations?
I would be very interested to learn how companies without direct line managers handle these two difficult issues. Can they be achieved through elected councils for instance?
Many thanks in advance for suggestions :)
