Hello, nice to hear you exhist! I would be more than happy if I could be involved or involve you in getting to know more examples of Rebels/visionary organizations in Italy or in Europe. I have over 22 years experience in big manufacturing multinational corporations and I am actually working as a freelance executive coach and I am a trainer. Deeply believing we need to change the organization structures and dynamics as they are stuck and dying (from people's perspective and not only). I need to get in touch with exhisting organizations that are succesfully riding a new wave, this to be able to believe it is possible and communicate it to the world extensively! Hope I am clear on my deep wish! Thanks

Hi Michela,

You're right on time! We're publishing the Italian version of our book and we're looking for more pioneers from Italy. Could you share the ones that you think are progressive enough to research? And if so, do you have more information on them and on why you think they're worth visiting?

Thanks!

Thanks, and can you share a bit more on why you believe they're worth studying? What do you mean for example with an open company? And why is Cucinelli a pioneer in your perspective?
