Thanks for the tip, Jörn. The journey of OTICON (a Danish Company) from a normal to a very progressive back to a normal one is a great story. I put UNBOSS on my reading list!

Here is a book that made me think a lot. Novacene from James Lovelock. James Lovelock, an ingenious scientist/engineer, wrote this book at the age of 99. It's remarkable, if often controversial, view of the world and its purpose. I was deeply impressed

"The Insider's Guide to Culture Change" by Siobhan McHale.
I'm halfway through and have been really enjoying it so far — offers a kind of different angle on how to cope with cultural change: behavioural patterns. One of my favourite books of this year, so far.

I am reading the Dutch book 'Organiseren van communities' by Peter Staal and Kirsten Wagenaar (Translation: Organizing communities).

It's about building communities (like this one ;)), how to make them successful, how to moderate and what use they can be for your organisation (external and internal). They share a lot of practical tips and tricks from other successful communities to experiment with.

Next on my list is 'The Employee Experience Advantage' by Jacob Morgan.

I think it would be better if everyone summarize what they read than just telling us name of the books or we should have a section where these summaries uploaded for everyone else joining this forum. What you have to say about that? Is it possible?

Good idea, will ask our IT dude for ideas. If anyone has good ideas on how to do this, please let us know in a new forum topic.

During my vacation, I really enjoyed reading:

* Humanocracy by Gary Hamel & Michele Zanini
* VkusVill: How to stage a retail revolution by doing everything wrong by Evgeny Shchepin
* Moose heads on the table by Lisa Gill & Karin Tenelius

Any recommended reading for late summer?
