Data on self-organization and agile - profitability, cost savings, anything?
I am wondering, whether there is any hard data that can proof the benefits of more self-organization, transparency, agility and distribution of responsibility in an organization - apart from the Gallup study? Proven increase in employee engagement at least, better cost savings and increased revenue?
Are you working your ass off? That's something to be proud of—hard work typically means putting in a lot of hours. At least five days a week, and a minimum of eight hours a day. And, of course, those with serious ambitions will not shy away from taking on even more hours... right?
