Data on self-organization and agile - profitability, cost savings, anything?
I am wondering, whether there is any hard data that can proof the benefits of more self-organization, transparency, agility and distribution of responsibility in an organization - apart from the Gallup study? Proven increase in employee engagement at least, better cost savings and increased revenue?
