Here's something we've wanted to build for a very long time: a vibrant place to train, connect, and support those looking to radically redesign their companies. Think of it as a training camp for corporate rebels. Here's a sneak peek.
Making work better
Even if you know just a tiny bit about why we started Corporate Rebels, you know that we're strong believers of more fun and engaging workplaces. Work, for so many people, can be so much better: more exciting, more fulfilling, more adventurous, and more rewarding.
To create a world where the majority go to work full of passion, we need change. A lot of change.
The way many people work is outdated—based on assumptions that are no longer valid. The world has changed dramatically in the past 100 years. But the way we organize work has remained largely the same. Organizations still rely heavily on hierarchies, bureaucracy, top-down command, tight rules and control.
And that's not just painfully ineffective—it's also dispiriting for the majority.
Luckily, that's no longer needed.
A better way to work
There is a better way. And it's not just theory. The 100+ pioneers we've visited and researched over the past 5 years show there is an alternative—and an engaging alternative.
That's why we've been sharing their ways of working for years on our blog. Now is the time to push this to a whole new level.

Corporate Rebels Online Academy
We've been wanting to create an online academy for years, but never really carved out the time for it. Now, with the COVID-19 pandemic, we've been able to move this idea to execution.
So here's the idea.
We're building an online academy to teach people around the world all about progressive workplaces. Classes will focus on:
- Understanding and designing progressive organization structures
- Detailed case studies on pioneers
- Radical working practices
- Proven transformation strategies
Content will be diverse, including animations, video interviews, ebooks, live Q&A sessions, and much more. Some courses will be exclusively on-demand and can be taken individually. Others take place in online classes with a combination of on-demand content and live sessions.
Learn directly from the pioneers
The best thing? It's not just us who you'll learn from. Pioneering organizations around the world are on board too! (We'll soon share more on this.) They'll be sharing their expertise and insights directly with you. Plus, we're working with them to create separate modules explaining in great detail how these pioneers work.
Our ultimate goal is an online academy filled with everything there is to know about progressive workplaces and how to make work more fun. The academy will play an important role in igniting, teaching, and connecting rebels around the world.
We plan to launch our first course in the spring of 2021. At the moment we're working hard to create content and get the platform ready. Quality comes first, which is why we're taking the time to get things right.

Will be interesting to see how close what we have come up with matches with your education. Although the exact method matters less than paying attention to the right principles, I am eager to see what else you will bring to the transformational utilities belt.

Then the corona crisis changed everything. We cancelled most of our trips, cleared our agendas for months to come, and found ourselves with time to work on things that were overdue. This included our very own online Corporate Rebels Academy.
