It is time to release yet another animation in our video series on the world's most pioneering organizations that are part of our Corporate Rebels Academy. In the last couple of weeks we released our animations on Haier's and Buurtzorg's unique way of working. Now we are excited to release our latest animation about Panelfisa, a ner Group company.

The ner Group is a group of ~20 Spanish businesses that all work according the 'Nuevo Estilo de Relaciones (ner) methodology' developed by Koldo Saratxaga. The group includes organizations in the fields of engineering, manufacturing, law, creativity, cyber security, and education.

We've collaborated with ner Group for several years now. During this collaboration we have gained unique access to some of the organizations in their group (incl. Panelfisa, K2K, etc.) and their remarkable people, and have gained in-depth understanding of their unique approach to work.

In this animation we explain the how and what of Panelfisa's transformation towards the 'ner methodology'.

In our Academy, Panelfisa is just one of the pioneering case studies. We will explore in detail how the company works and what other organizations can learn from their progressive model.

During the course, you will learn about workplace pioneers via videos, interviews, assignments, and live Q&A sessions with pioneers. We also share video animations to explain complex things simply.

Here’s a sneak peek: a video animation on Panelfisa's transformation towards their unique way of working today. Sit back, relax, and enjoy!
