About Corporate Rebels

Five years ago, Joost Minnaar and Pim de Morree gave up promising careers. Frustrated with the slow, boring corporate world, they were determined to find and study organizations that could make work fun. They called themselves The Corporate Rebels.

After compiling a Bucket List of workplace pioneers, they traveled the world in the quest for ideas. They interviewed management gurus. They studied progressive organizations. They learned from academics who confirmed that many organizations are organized in hopelessly old-fashioned ways. More hopefully, they found clear evidence that success for both companies and employees was possible—based on freedom and mutual trust.

Today, after interviewing more than 100 of the world's best thinkers and doers, the Rebels share their radical vision of how we can work better, more successfully and, above all, have more fun. They give keynote presentations, workshops, and events around the world, and online. Prominent media outlets—including The New York Times, Forbes, Huffington Post, The Guardian, and the BBC—have featured their work. And, their cult blog is read in more than 100 countries.

Thinkers50 named them in the "Top 30 Emergent Management Thinkers In The World", and awarded them the "Radar Award". The Chartered Management Institute calls them "One of the new voices re-energizing management".

As a company, Corporate Rebels donates 10% of all profits to charities and non-profits fighting to improve work and working conditions around the world.

About Pim de Morree

Pim de Morree, a co-founder of Corporate Rebels, embarked on this entrepreneurial journey after leaving a frustrating corporate job. His academic background includes Industrial Engineering and Management Science, as well as Innovation Management from Eindhoven University of Technology.

Pim's passion for reimagining the workplace led him to travel globally, studying forward-thinking organizations. He contributes his insights to the Corporate Rebels blog, the Corporate Rebels Academy, and delivers inspiring keynote speeches advocating for radical workplace transformations.

In addition to his role at Corporate Rebels, Pim is also a co-founder of Krisos, a trailblazing private equity firm. Krisos is committed to reshaping the business landscape by acquiring companies and steering them towards highly progressive ways of working.

The firm is recognized for its innovative approach in replacing conventional hierarchical management with 'bossless' structures, fostering a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and sustainable business practices.
