Diederick is an experienced self-organization coach, trainer, author, and co-founder of Energized.org, a cooperative that helps organizations build cultures of ownership and citizenship through self-governance.
Diederick has played a pivotal role in introducing self-organization and Holacracy to numerous organizations, including Springest, Voys, bol.com, Viisi, Enreach, Impact Hub, and SnappCar.
Together with Marc-Peter Pijper, Diederick coordinates the Dutch Rebel Cell, bringing together Dutch pioneers to learn from and with each other.
