About Henry

Henry Stewart is the founder and Chief Happiness Officer at Happy, an organization dedicated to transforming workplaces into happy, productive environments. Initially established as Happy Computers, Happy was created to make IT learning enjoyable and to discover how to create truly great workplaces.

Henry's journey began with the founding of Happy Computers, which was rated one of the UK’s top five workplaces for five successive years. Building on this success, in 2003, Happy expanded to offer management and leadership programs designed to spread Happy's unique management style and philosophy to other organizations.

Happy's mission is to transform organizations through consultancy and training, fostering environments of trust and freedom. As a B Corp, Happy is committed to high social and environmental performance standards. The organization was recognized as 13th in the 2024 UK's Best Workplaces for Small Businesses and 2nd in the 2023 UK's Best Workplaces for Women, reflecting its strong culture and values.

Henry is also a regular speaker on creating great workplaces, sharing his expertise and insights with organizations worldwide. Under his leadership, Happy has gained numerous accolades for its innovative approach to workplace happiness and productivity.
