About Lisa
Born in the UK and raised in Southeast Asia, Lisa is a Third Culture Kid. She’s passionate about sharing stories of new ways of working across different cultures around the world.
Lisa dedicates her work to transforming traditional organizational structures by coaching teams interested in working without managers. She facilitates leadership courses with Tuff Leadership Training, teaching a more adult-adult, coaching style of leadership.
Through her podcast, Leadermorphosis, Lisa interviews thought leaders and practitioners from around the world exploring the future of work.

Achievements
Lisa was included in the Thinkers50 Radar 2020 list for her work with self-managing teams. She was also nominated for the EODF Best Written Contribution Award in 2018.
