Luis Simoes is a self-organization enthusiast, coach, and learning geek at Mindera, a global software engineering company with over 900 employees. Mindera has evolved without managers through a series of innovative experiments, and Luis has been integral in growing it into one of the largest self-managing companies in the world.
Luis is passionate about inspiring organizations to become great places to live and work. He also coordinates the Rebel Cell in Portugal, bringing together Portuguese self-management pioneers to learn from and with each other.
