About Marc-Peter

Marc-Peter is a self-organization and Holacracy coach at Viisi. Viisi was created with an intrinsic purpose: to make the financial world better, more sustainable, and more long-term oriented.

Through his roles, Marc-Peter implemented self-organization (through Holacracy) and helped build a new salary model (based on equal pay). He’s passionate about sharing Viisi's experiences and insights to humanize organizations, ultimately aiming at contributing to a better world.

Marc-Peter also works with a diverse group of researchers, teachers, and students at the Centre for Economic Transformation (CET), where he’s committed to bridging the gap between research and practice and accelerating the transition to a fair and sustainable economy.

Together with Diederick Janse from Energized, Marc-Peter coordinates the Dutch Rebel Cell, bringing together Dutch pioneers to learn from and with each other.

In his blogs, he likes writing about autonomy, self-organization, self-development, performance management, new pay, equal pay, and purpose.
