About Pim
Frustrated with the traditional corporate environment, Pim, along with Joost Minnaar, quit his job in 2016 to start this revolutionary journey.
Besides traveling the world and researching self-managing organizations, he writes for the Corporate Rebels blog and works to acquire and transform companies through our impact fund Krisos.
Together with the rest of the Corporate Rebels team, he supports the growth of the global movement aimed at ending dull, frustrating, and uninspiring work environments.
Pim also co-founded:
Krisos – an impact fund that acquires businesses and transforms them into self-managing and steward-owned organizations.
The Corporate Rebels Foundation – a registered charity on a mission to end inhumane workplaces.
ThermoSwap – a climate tech company providing revolutionary and highly efficient solid-state heat exchangers.
