I am restless. I am happiest when busy, mostly when preparing and then sharing food. I believe the world has never been more ready for our approach to casual dining, in fact, like many big new ideas, it's not that new at all.

I ran a restaurant for fourteen years and I enjoyed nearly every moment. I spent many of those years thinking about the powerful role a restaurant can play in the community, it can connect people. OPOP has been fifteen years in the making and it is experimental but I believe in it.
I am lucky to live in a corner of the UK where many people around me care about food and good food; food that is affordable, healthy and sustainable is in abundance.
