I am Head of Culture at Reddico, a company that puts trust and freedom at the heart of everything we do. In 2020 we were named as the 4th best place to work in the UK – following our cultural revolution.
About
In a previous life I worked as a journalist and writer, before moving into the world of company culture.
I joined Reddico in 2014, but it wasn't until 2017 that the business went through a complete revolution of the company culture – following an internal eNPS survey that highlighted significant change was needed. It led Reddico to:
– Becoming a self-organising business
– Removing managers
– Introducing unlimited holiday
– Letting the team choose when and where they work
– Bringing in self-set targets
– And much more
Reddico was subsequently named the 4th best place to work in the UK in 2020, rising from 9th place the previous year.
I have spoken at a number of business and workplace culture events, and am always happy to share my experience with anyone looking to introduce radical change into their company.
