Patrick helps organisations in the development and implementation of their strategic vision. He uses participative methods and techniques that are ideally suited to successfully realize radical change processes (such as changes in structure and culture) on the basis of a broad representation of the organization. He is Professor of Organizational Development and New Organization Forms at Radboud University and scientific director of the Radboud Management Academy.
